Before you book your extensions
New set or infill?
A new set creates your chosen length and shape. An infill maintains an existing set; tell your salon what product you currently have so the team can advise on the right appointment.
Do I need removal or manicure care?
Select a service with removal when you need an existing set taken off. Manicure and cuticle care are included in the options labelled “with manicure”. If you are unsure which product is on your nails, contact your salon before booking.
Can I add nail art?
Share a reference photo and your preferred length and shape with your salon. Ask the team to confirm the time and price for your design before booking.
How should I care for my set?
Avoid picking or peeling your enhancements. Arrange professional removal and contact your salon if a nail lifts or breaks. Read our nail care guide and FAQs for more aftercare guidance.
